Time Off
- 28 paid vacation days per year; after 20 years of service, 1 day per year is added
- 5 months fully paid maternity leave, including adoption; 3.5 months paid by BPS and additional 1.5 months paid by Pfizer. Note: Part-time work is also available until the child is 6 months old
- 12 weeks of paid paternity leave, including adoption; 10 days paid by BPS and the remaining leave paid by Pfizer
- 15 days of marriage leave
- Up to 10 days of additional paid caregiver leave
- 10 days of bereavement leave for the death of a spouse, child, parent, or sibling; 5 days of leave for the death of a grandparent, parent-in-law, or sibling-in-law
- Pfizer Week: Break between 24 December and 1 January
- Pfizer hybrid working model (LIFYD): Administrative workers are required to work onsite or in-person an average of 2.5 days weekly
- Flex10 allows you to work remotely for up to 10 working days in a calendar year from a location within Uruguay
