Time Off

- Public holidays off without loss of pay
- 25.5 vacation days for colleagues with up to 5 years of service; 26.5 vacation days for colleagues with up to 10 years of service; and 27.5 vacation days for colleagues with over 10 years of service
- Pfizer provides sick leave in addition to the statutory sick pay dependent on years of service and ranging from 28 days to 112 days at full pay plus 140 days at half pay.
- 10 days of paid bereavement leave for immediate family and 5 days for extended family/close friends
