- 21 paid vacation days after six months of service and increasing to 28 paid days after 10 years of service and 35 paid days after 20 years of service

- Five months of paid maternity/adoption leave (3 legal + 2 Pfizer benefit)
- Two weeks of caregiver leave than can also be added at the end of maternity and paternity leave
