Medical & Other Health Benefits

- Medical check-up visit included in the medical plan

Financial Health
Retirement and Income Protection
- Group life insurance available at 24 monthly salary through MetLife Chile Seguros de Vida S.A. The insurance applies in cases of Death, Accidental Death, Accidental Disability, and Two-Thirds Disability.
- Emergency loans up to two month’s base salary within a maximum 12 month period
Time Off
Time Off
- Up to 10 days of additional paid caregiver leave
- 42 days of pre-natal leave, 84 days of post-natal leave, and 84 days of post-parental leave (210 days total). Pfizer will cover the difference between the subsidy paid by Isapre/Fonasa and the employee’s salary throughout the entire period
- 12 weeks paid paternity leave. This leave applies for Adoption too
- 10 days of paid bereavement leave for death of a spouse, child, parent, or sibling; 5 days for the death of a parent-in-law, sibling-in-law, or grandparent
- 5 paid days of marriage leave
- ½ day of paid leave on your birthday (can be taken during morning or afternoon)
- Pfizer will cover the salary for the first 3 days of leave, in cases where the leave lasts less than 11 days. It will also pay the difference between the Fonasa/Isapre subsidy and your salary for a period of 1 year
- Holidays (Dias Puente) provided in addition to legal holidays
- Pfizer Week: Break between 24 December and 1 January
- Pfizer’s new hybrid working model (LIFYD): Administrative workers are required to work onsite or in-person an average of 2.5 days weekly
- Flex10 allows you to work remotely for up to 10 working days in a calendar year from a location within Chile.
Additional Savings and Caregiver Support
- Child’s school enrollment assistance for kindergarten, primary, and secondary school
- Edenred meal card, with a daily allowance assigned to help cover the cost of meals at the office or in the field
- Congratulations assistance for birth/adoption of child and wedding/Union Civil
Career and Recognition
- Distribution throughout the year of the following bonuses: Christmas / Vacation / Holiday bonus.
- In addition to the Christmas Bonus, in December, employees with children up to 12 years old will receive a bonus for each child
